Deshpande Automech Pvt. Ltd. is an established Auto ancillary situated at M.I.D.C. Shiroli Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. Automech Industries which was manufacturing valve push rods Since 1985 was merged into Deshpande Automech Pvt. Ltd. in the year 1996 and there is continuous growth in the past two decades. This company manufactures Valve push Rods and Valve Tappets & various types of shafts for I. C. engines used in Automotives, Tractors, Earth moving equipments and other Industrial applications.

Valve Push Rods and Valve Tappets are highly stressed components in the engine and hence they require "zero Defect" manufacturing. This is possible as company is an ISO 9000 certified since 1996 and QS 9000 certified by RWTUV, Germany since 1999. The company implemented TS 16949:2002 certified by RWTUV, Germany since December 2005. The company has a modern manufacturing unit having Statistical process control (SPC) and trained workforce supervised by qualified and experienced engineers. The company presently manufactures about 5 million Push Rods, Shafts & Tappets per annum and enjoys self certification status from OE manufacturers in India. It also exports to established European engine manufacturers.
